The Ski resort Marbach – Marbachegg is located in Canton of Lucerne, Central Switzerland. With 10 kilometres of ski slopes and elevations of metres 885 and 1,500 this amazing resort has something for all abilities and ages with slopes ranging from smooth and gentle, to steeper descents. Even though this might be a smaller resort it does boast a very impressive 715-metre vertical descent for the thrill seekers.
Marbach – Marbachegg is more suited to beginner skiers as there is 5 kilometres of ‘easy’ blue slopes, ideal for those who want wider, gentler slopes, the Family Piste or the Burehof Piste are usually the first ports of call for novices. For those who want a little more exhilaration, there is 4.6 kilometres of ‘intermediate’ red slopes including Sidenmoos Piste. If you’re a more confident skier and want the challenge of steeper slopes then there are 0.4 kilometres of ‘expert’ black slopes to get stuck into. In addition to the slopes, snowboarders will love the fact there is a terrain park with obstacles such as boxes and half pipes to show off some skills.
