Todtnauberg ski resort is a wonderful choice of winter destination, located Hochschwarzwald region of Germany. Locals and tourists often take to the snow here, where there are 13km of slopes and 9.3km of marked ski routes available to discover. There are 5 ski lifts for visitors and residents to use during their stay, and the resort itself is situated in between elevations of 1,000m and 1,400m.
Set within the southern part of the Black Forest, guests can expect a lot of sun during their stay, along with some perfectly groomed slopes for them to try out. In total, there are 13km of intermediate red slopes, but no easy blue slopes or difficult black slopes. This means that the resort is highly popular amongst those with limited or adequate experience in winter sports. Either beginners can take on the challenging red slopes, compared to what they’re used to, or intermediate skiers can enjoy some fantastic red slopes that are suited to their level. The marked ski routes are fantastic for those guests who enjoy exploring the area, and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy this area on their own or as part of a tour.
The Jugend slope is the longest at the resort at 2.7km, whilst other recommendations come in the form of The Panorama slope which shows off the stunning scenery in the Black Forest, as well as the Carving Slope for those who enjoy carving up the snow during a skiing holiday.
