The ski resort Moelltal Glacier (Mölltaler Gletscher) is located in Mölltal, Upper Carinthia (Oberkärnten) in Austria and offers breathtaking landscapes and beautiful scenery. It is proven to be the sunniest region in Austria, this teamed with its spectacular, roller coaster type terrain makes Moelltal Glacier one of the Region's most exciting ski resorts for snow lovers of any age and ability.

This fantastic resort offers 17.4 kilometres of slopes with elevations between 2,108 and 3,122 meters, so whether you are a powder professional or a beginner on the slopes you’re sure to find something to suit you. There are 5.2 kilometres of ‘easy’ blue slopes with wider runs for turning, stopping and gliding alongside two practice lifts located at the middle station as well as a great practice area. Novices will also be able to practice on the easy runs on the glacier and the slopes down to the Kluehspies panorama lift. There are 7.2 kilometres of slopes for those who want something a little more challenging. If you are a thrill seeker and after pure exhilaration then there are 5 kilometres of ‘expert’ black runs including the Run No. 4 at the Gletscher Jet which is 1 kilometre in length, the off-piste variations at the Alteck quad chairlift are also very popular as there is a further 6.7 kilometres of marked ski routes to take advantage of.

Moelltal Glacier offers a great après ski and dining options with a selection of bars and cafes. Panoramarestaurant Eissee is a restaurant located at the mountain station of the Eissee gondola lift, or dine at the Duisburger Hütte, a 100-year-old stone building with a lovely sun terrace to admire the views.
