SO: Can you tell us about the resort of St. Lambrecht?

Allea: The Mountain Resort St.Lambrecht is located on a sunny hillside close to the village of St.Lambrecht at the base of the Grebenzen ski slopes. Its elevated location offers stunning views over the centre of the village, St Lambrecht abbey, and the surrounding mountains. There are only 22 residences in the complex, each of which is 170m2 in size, with three bedrooms, spacious outdoor terraces and indoor parking. Only natural and sustainable materials have been used.

SO: Is the resort easily accessible?

Allea: Yes, the closest airport is Klagenfurt which is only 50 min away. There is also an airport in Graz – 1h 30m away, as well as Vienna which is 2h 40m from St Lambrecht. You can also get there by train. The drive is just spectacular, so you’ll never get bored.

SO: What is the concept behind the Alpine Chalet?

Allea: All alpine residences are built in contemporary style with clean lines and large windows which offer a feeling of pure simplicity and minimalism. SO: How many residences are for sale?

Allea: There are currently sixteen residences available for sale.

SO: What’s your favourite part of the Alpine Chalet?

Allea: The best part is that there are only 22 residences in total. The area is gated, therefore the parking is only reserved for residents and their guests. The Grebenzen ski slope is also right on your door step, which makes it feel like you have your own private ski slope.

You may stay and enjoy the place with your family or rent it, there is no obligation. The management team, who also manage Naturparkhotel Lambrechthof, are there to take care of hospitality, as well as your guests, so you will be in good hands. It’s a fun, safe and convenient residence.

SO: Where are most of your buyers coming from?

Allea: We have just recently commenced the sale of these residences and the six units sold so far have been bought by Europeans and Austrians.

SO: Are people buying for lifestyle or purely investment?

Allea: Actually, it is mix of both. Some owners have it just for their own usage and others rent theirs out in order to generate an income.

SO: Can you tell us a bit about summer in St. Lambrecht?

Allea: Summer is as idyllic in St Lambrecht as winter. You can explore breath-taking scenery and landscapes like the forests, meadows and mountains of Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature park – on foot or by bike.

Within the St Lambrecht area you can go mountain-biking, swimming in clean lakes and swimming pools, fishing, paragliding, horse riding and you can also play golf.
